Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director Sales Operations at Poloniex. The role involves managing sales operations, sales enablement, and overseeing daily sales activities to drive business growth.


Qualifications

The Sales Operation Director is responsible for building and optimizing the sales operation system to improve sales efficiency and management. The position requires close collaboration with multiple departments such as sales, marketing, finance, IT, etc. to provide all-round support around key modules such as data analysis, process optimization, tools and systems, performance management, etc. to drive the sales team to achieve business goals.


✅ Key Responsibilities:

Sales process and system optimization


Design, optimize and promote standardized sales process to enhance sales process automation and compliance;


Plan and manage sales tool systems (e.g. CRM, sales automation platform, etc.) to enhance efficiency and data consistency.


Sales data analysis and performance management


Establish sales data analysis and reporting system to monitor key KPIs and trend changes;


Support sales target setting, forecast analysis, performance assessment and incentive mechanism development.


Sales strategy support and execution monitoring


Assist sales executives in formulating regional strategies, customer strategies, pricing strategies, etc., and track the implementation effect;


Provide business insights and competitive analysis to support decision making.


Cross-departmental collaboration and project management


Act as a bridge between the sales team and departments such as marketing, finance, HR, IT, etc. to drive process and system synergy and optimization;


Leading or participating in key operational projects (e.g. customer tiering, sales subsidies, regional restructuring, etc.).


Team Management and Capacity Building


Set up and manage the sales operation team, improve the team's data capability, system capability and business sensitivity;


Build an operations culture of continuous optimization and pursuit of excellence.
