Responsibilities
Summary: Directs sales strategy implementation to ensure quota attainment of sales team within assigned region. Leads sales plan development and implementation within key accounts. Be a leader among others Region Leaders. Lead major account presentations, negotiations, and ongoing partnership requirements. Determines account targets and leverages internal assets in account procurement. Manages budgetary expenditures. Collaborates with senior management team to develop sales acquisition strategy and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Leads sales plan development and oversees implementation within key accounts.
- Creates and directs major account presentations, negotiations, and ongoing partnership requirements.
- Determines account targets and leverages internal assets in account procurement.
- Manages budgetary expenditures for assigned region.
- Collaborate with management team to develop sales acquisition strategy and requirements.
- Be a change leader to support company initiatives and direction
- Partner with other Regional Leaders across the organization and engage in mentorship opportunities
- Leads projects or initiatives where the company is working through proof of concept or new strategic opportunities
- Mentor other Region Leaders, either within Divisions or Nationally, to assist with career development
- May assume other duties as applied.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in strategic sales management
- Knowledge of the real estate and home warranty fields

- Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Analytical and quantitative skills; experience with excel and Microsoft products is required and can report out on strengths/opportunities in each designated account you are assigned to
- Efficient in planning and reporting in and outside a CRM
- Track record of influencing and driving change through diverse stakeholder groups remotely
- Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills (via zoom or in person) and can influence the phone or in person.

Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
Physical Role Requirements : Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) : 7+ years of experience in business development/outside sales, retail, consumer services or technology required, including experience leading teams of various sizes
Travel: Ability to travel 50-75% of the time to designated geography

Other/State Specific
This role pays between $88,700/yr to $100,00/yr, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
