General Description of the Job Class Exercise management responsibility directly over functions and services of clinical and non-clinical hospital and ambulatory aspects and over functions that apply uniformly across the duties ensuring efficient services designed to meet the needs of patients, personnel, and staff. Duties and Responsibilities of this Level * Direct and facilitate establishment and implementation of plans, operations, and programs as assigned ensuring efficient and professional services designed to meet the needs of patients and personnel in coordination with the Vice President. Provide administrative direction to staff management by applying specialized and technical knowledge in the implementation and execution of the planned programs.. This includes but not limited to establishment and maintaining standards for procedures, business plans for capital acquisitions, SAP rollout of functions, as well as procurement, contracting and other initiatives.
