You are a seasoned Program Director with a strong foundation in enterprise product environments and startup dynamics. You bring a unique mix of strategic foresight and hands-on expertise, especially within cross-functional teams. Your experience in both enterprise product companies and startup environments has equipped you with the flexibility to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.
Key Qualifications:
- 12+ years in program management.
- At least 4 years in enterprise service-based companies.
- Minimum 4 years in startups.
Education: MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, with a balanced background in both enterprise product companies and high-growth startup environments (minimum 4 years in each).
- Demonstrated expertise in sprint planning, dependency management, and outcome-based execution of complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to analyze and present sprint metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and support performance reviews.
- Strong track record in managing cross-functional dependencies, ensuring transparency, and enabling effective communication across stakeholders and leadership levels.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate story point estimations, optimizing workflows, and tracking delivery efficiency across Agile teams.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana; solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Data fluency is a plus — familiarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for reporting and performance analysis.
- Comfortable using collaboration platforms like Slack, Confluence, and Notion.
- Basic technical understanding of software development life cycles, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps principles.
- Bonus: Ability to proactively assess risks, create contingency plans, and manage stakeholder expectations across diverse teams and geographies.
