Overall accountability for HCH project operations, service project executions and field services.
Overall accountability for implementation of the HIMA guidelines including FSM and Customer satisfaction.
Overall accountability for maintaining individual Project Budgets. Tasks and duties of the position:
Follow and comply with all companies standards and regulations (CoC, QMS, FSMS etc...)
as well as common sense approach and make sure the team is aware and follows as well.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and release them to GM, F/A, etc.
Be host of weekly team reporting with Engineering Manager.
Be the interface to Management Level and Global ENG.
Ensure the setting and achievement of organizational goals and KPI.
Maintain IMS compliance at HCH operations.
Work in cross-functional teams to translate strategy planed objectives into team/individuals goals and objectives.
Conduct personnel interviews as a prerequisite in the people management request of the operations department.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and critically evaluate new technologies that may contribute to improved business success.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
Maintain a training program for HCH operations staff making sure Staff is sufficiently knowledgeable.
Comply with the Information Security Policy. 任职要求:
Engineering University Degree (Bachelor or above) preferred in Process control, Process
Technology, Alternatively University Degree (Bachelor or above) in business sciences. 2. 5 years project management and team leading team experience for engineering, integration and site activities and commissioning of automation systems.
Project management, financial & commercial, cost control and claim management knowledge.
Functional Safety Experience.
Experience with HIMA and HIMA Products.
Good team management, coordinating skills and capacity to think analytically to grasp complex situations quickly.
Have good technical understanding of the product as a whole.
