Overview:
Elevate your career with CHAGEE as our Director of Total Rewards, leading our Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence for the North American market. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and evolving a best-in-class Total Rewards strategy that supports our employees across both corporate and retail operations. You will drive the development and continuous improvement of our compensation structures, benefits programs, incentive plans, and mobility initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and employee needs.
What you'll do:
- Compensation Strategy: Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks that ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary benefits programs tailored to the diverse needs of CHAGEE’s U.S. workforce.
- Incentive Programs: Develop and manage performance-based incentive plans for both corporate and retail employees, aligning rewards with business goals.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain Total Rewards policies, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Mobility Support: Manage employee mobility programs for domestic and international relocations, ensuring smooth transitions and policy adherence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking and market research to keep CHAGEE’s offerings competitive.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Compensation & Benefits professionals, fostering continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure cohesive and strategic implementation of Total Rewards programs.
- Employee Communication: Create and deliver clear, engaging communications to enhance understanding and appreciation of Total Rewards offerings.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a focus on the retail sector; experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of North American C&B practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Proven experience in developing and managing incentive programs for both corporate and retail environments.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.

The expected base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $230,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications and more.
