This role will oversee the technical program management function, ensuring successful program execution, process improvement, and team growth. 15+ years of experience building and managing a team of Technical Program Managers, with a focus on hardware product development. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex hardware products to market, with expertise in areas such as: System architecture and design Component selection and qualification Manufacturing and supply chain management Regulatory compliance and certification Proven understanding of software development processes and best practices, with the experience in collaborating effectively with software teams. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience growing organizations and developing a team. Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in the consumer electronics industry, with a focus on wearable devices or other portable electronics. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as UL, CE, and FCC. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Asana. Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience with process improvement methodologies. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
