We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales Operations to oversee our sales strategy and planning, data and insights, and CRM systems and processes, reporting into our Head of Revenue Systems and Analysis. You will drive our revenue operations performance by collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments, and leverage data-driven insights to formulate sales forecasting, annual planning/targeting, GTM efficiency and optimization strategies. Requirements * Strategy & Planning: Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, annual planning, target setting, territory & quota optimization, and GTM efficiency. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive initiatives that optimize the entire revenue funnel, collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, et al. * Data & Insights: Analyze large data sets to create dynamic business models, measure performance, and generate insights that inform strategic decisions. * GTM Technology & CRM Management: Implement and optimize the latest GTM automation tools, ensuring a seamless tech stack that supports scaling operations. * Process Optimization & Automation: Design and build automated workflows and systems that enhance revenue operations efficiency and drive sustainable growth. * Executive Partnership: Work closely with company leadership to align GTM strategies with broader business objectives.
