The Director of Revenue Cycle will lead a team of 40+ professionals across insurance verification, authorization, coding, billing, collections, and denial management.

Oversee revenue cycle operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and mentorship

Manage month-end close processes and financial reconciliations

Director Of Revenue Cycle Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration Preferred

6+ Years of RCM experience

Proven track record of leading large teams with strong interpersonal skills

Expertise in billing, coding, collections, and compliance

Positive customer relations skills

Ability to work effectively as a member of interactive teams
