Gaskins + LeCraw is an enhanced, full-service company, offering survey, planning, and engineering capabilities across the Southeast. We are currently seeking aDIRECTOR OF CIVIL ENGINEERING forthe Residential Divisioninour Marietta office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Director of Residential Engineering will support, mentor and manage a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers and Technicians
• Monitor engineers' performances
• The Director of Residential Engineering will prepare and deliver presentations to clients
• Forecast overall project management
• The Director of Residential Engineering will be responsible for leading project pursuits
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
• PE Registration is required. If not currently a licensed PE in Georgia, the ability to obtain a GA PE license via reciprocity is required
• 15plus years of related experience
• Project experience related to residential site development is required for the Director of Engineering
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
• Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Previous experience managing project teams, budgets, schedules and deliverables
