Program Management –
· Develop, set goals for, and implement the organization’s programs
· Update program manuals, policies, and procedures, as needed
· Manage daily operations to support program objectives
· Oversee Family Advocates and Program Managers by providing weekly supervision, fostering collaboration, and completing annual evaluations
· Monitor program performance and adjust processes as needed
· Ensure grant requirements are met and reports are completed in a timely manner
· Manage administration of programs, including: ongoing tracking, database oversight, creation and maintenance of program budgets
· Seek out new and creative program ideas to implement
· Provide strategic vision and strong leadership related to programming
· Ensure all program activities are being implemented, either through delegation and supervision, or, in the event of an unfilled position(s), by carrying out activities necessary to program success
Community Partnerships –
· Liaison between host coordinators and Family Promise
· Establish and solidify relationships with agencies that provide services within the community that benefit families
· Attend HOST, OneHome, and other various community meetings monthly
· Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with funders of programs in partnership with the Executive Director
General Operations
· Assist in the daily activities of Family Promise i.e. staff meetings, case conferencing meetings, family intakes, congregation visits, answering phones, on call duties etc.
Requirements –
· Bachelor’s Degree in human service related field preferred
· Experience in providing supportive services for vulnerable populations, minimum 2 years
· Experience with providing professional supervision and leading a team, minimum 2 years
· Experience with program development, implementation, and evaluation
· Knowledge of social services, housing, and other homelessness resources
· Desired qualities/skills: creative thinking, excellent verbal and written communication, cultural competence, relationship-building/management, flexibility, high attention to detail
· Must have insured vehicle, good driving record and be willing to drive on agency business
· Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Internet
· Reports to: Executive Director
· Schedule: Full Time Monday – Friday with occasional weekend hours
