Responsibilities
Professional Development
· Staff liaison to the Education Committee.
· Manage the Education calendar.
· Schedule classes approved by the Education Committee.
· Contract with instructors.
· Prepare materials for classes.
· Schedule classes through the GAR PIE (Partners In Education) program.
· Process all documents to ensure CE credit for members.
· Responsible for staying within the budget.
· Marketing classes – create flyer, coordinate emails and social posts to promote classes.
· Manage the real estate school. Upload CE credits to GREC.
MLS
· Serves as the contact person for the MLS members to answer MLS operation questions.
· Maintains contact with Hive MLS concerning the MLS system.
· Assist MLS members with day-to-day use of the MLS system or refer them to Hive as appropriate.
· Assists in scheduling MLS training and preparing materials as needed.
· Responsible for sending roster updates to Hive MLS – drops, transfers & new members.
· Upload photos from the emails sent by agents when necessary.
· Enforcement of the MLS rules and procedures to benefit the MLS.
· Be familiar with the MLS Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and the NAR Handbook on MLS Policy and keep updated on changes to those documents.
· Report any violations to the CEO promptly.
Other
· Staff liaison to the Program Committee, planning the following events:
· Other duties as assigned by CEO.
· Assist with social media.
· Proctor exams.
