About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager at Sam’s Club, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the future of retail by identifying and solving critical problems for our business and members. This highly visible flagship product will have you defining and executing the strategy roadmap, ensuring solutions meet the needs of both customers and advertisers. You will lead product development from strategy to execution, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions that reach millions of members. What You'll Do
Data Driven Product Decisions
- Extract insights and promote the value of insight extraction from complex data analytics.
- Guide and extract relevant data to drive effective product decisions.
- Independently drive product feature analytics.
Driving Customer Client Needs
- Build and maintain consistent relationships with customers and proactively identify customer needs.
- Create scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences.
- Design and implement new barrier-free processes.
- Coach team members to improve focus on the customer.
Product Roadmap and Development
- Develop and own roadmaps across a complex product.
- Ensure and drive communication for internal and external stakeholders.
