Summary: The Director of Platform Strategy and Management is responsible for developing and executing the company's platform strategy, including identifying and prioritizing new opportunities and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy. In addition, this role will focus on the development of agile and automated approaches to monitor execution to ensure progress against strategic portfolio objectives. Responsibilities: * Frame and address critical strategic platform questions in close collaboration with the portfolio strategy leader and ensure alignment of the platform strategy with the company's overall business objectives. * Identify opportunities to create a consistent approach to access all BMS assets to include scientific, commercial, and clinical confidence as well as strategic fit (asset favorability framework) * Develop and implement the company's platform strategy and ensure connectivity with TA and portfolio strategies. * Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities across multiple therapeutic areas. * Design and manage platform strategy measurement tools to analyze the achievement of strategic objectives. * Ensure Portfolio/ TA/Platform strategies are aligned with portfolio prioritization and long-range financial planning processes and drive a "strategy first" enterprise mindset. * Innovate to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices (to include automated tools/technologies) to ensure the company's portfolio platform strategy remains competitive and differentiated. * Collaborate closely and effectively with internal stakeholders and partners across commercialization and cross-functional groups, including research, development, enterprise strategy, finance, business insights, analytics (BI&A), and corporate and business development. * Serve as a key contact on E2E company initiative to enhance, simplify, and accelerate the asset journey Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in US and global marketing, corporate strategy, sales, business development, finance, and related functions, including direct launch readiness and product launch experience preferred. * Experience in protein degradation and cell therapy platforms is highly preferred. * Oncology experience is highly preferred. * Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute a cohesive and compelling portfolio platform strategy and understand metrics to monitor achieving strategic objectives. * Experience working in cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, managing global projects involving multiple functions and shared accountabilities. * Robust and practical understanding of clinical development, commercialization, external policy, and competitive dynamics shaping the pharma industry. #LI-Hybrid If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
