We are looking for Director of Partner Programs (m/w/d) to redefine and lead the company’s global partner program. The ideal candidate will define, launch and promote the global program, develop and apply governance and metrics, implement onboarding processes, and update, manage and maintain the company’s partner portal. This is a global role and candidates can be 100% remote based on candidate's location.

Responsibilities:

  • Redefine and roll out an enhanced global partner program aligned with company goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive partner onboarding process with necessary resources.
  • Create and manage partner resources, including sales tools and training modules.
  • Monitor & Report performance metrics to Senior Leadership.
  • Evaluate underperforming partners and together with sales recommend improvements or termination as needed.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the partner program's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies.
  • Manage program budget for maximum partner and company success.
  • Collaborating with the sales team on how to identify and engage potential partners for the program.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams and partners, ensuring they meet performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in outside sales, partner or channel management, business development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with complex enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and partner relationship management tools: Salesforce a plus.
  • Deep understanding of partner program structures and best practices.
  • Knowledge of channel partner onboarding processes and strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate partner performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with partner portal management and optimization.
  • Understanding of sales enablement tools and marketing collateral creation.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments.
  • Knowledge of budget management for partner programs.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communicator and motivator with an ability to influence at all levels of the company, creating clarity and driving focus on the company’s goals and achievements.
