Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Global Supply Chain Strategy Planning
  • Develop and implement the company’s global supply chain strategy to optimize structure, improve efficiency, and ensure agility throughout the supply chain.
  • International Logistics Management
  • Take full responsibility for global import and export logistics, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Continuously optimize logistics processes to improve overall operational performance.
  • Customs & Compliance Oversight
  • Ensure all import/export activities comply with international and destination country customs and trade regulations. Resolve complex clearance issues and establish a robust compliance framework.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks across the supply chain and implement control measures to ensure stability and security in global operations.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Source, evaluate, and manage global suppliers and logistics partners to maintain supply chain reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cost Optimization & Value Creation
  • Reduce costs and improve operational efficiency through logistics and process optimization, contributing greater commercial value to the company.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, enhance their professional capabilities, and drive continuous team growth and development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and other departments to align supply chain goals with the overall business strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related field. Over 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, including at least 5 years in global supply chain leadership. Retail industry experience is preferred.
  • Professional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance. Proven experience in managing large-scale import/export logistics and global supply chain operations.
  • Leadership & Decision-Making
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to make swift and effective decisions in complex environments, driving organizational transformation and innovation.
  • Language Proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Able to communicate effectively with global teams and partners.
  • Data & Strategic Thinking
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to leverage data for supply chain optimization and business growth.
  • Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chain projects and ensure successful execution.
