Director of Operations:

Join us in a newly created Director of Operations position focused on leading our innovative Home care program in partnership with our first northeast anchor partnership (with the goal of future expansion across the region). This cross-functional leader will oversee end-to-end operations, serve as a strategic thought partner to health system leadership, while ensuring our programs delivers exceptional ROI to all stakeholders. This is a high-impact, collaborative role at the forefront of care innovation in one of the most influential healthcare markets in the country.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic & Operational Leadership

· Lead the launch, operations, and growth of our first northeast program

· Serve as a senior operator in New York, acting as a trusted partner to health system leadership

· Own regional P&L, financial planning, and performance management

· Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform growth strategy

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

· Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across executive, clinical, and operational teams

· Ensure alignment and transparency through proactive communication and strategic reporting

· Identify barriers to clinical and financial performance; develop creative, data-informed solutions

· Champion high standards of client service and issue resolution

Program Development & Innovation

· Drive expansion of our care model across sites and service lines

· Partner with product and clinical teams to embed technology and innovation into care delivery

· Operationalize best practices across our network and continuously improve the delivery model

· Elevate the experience for patients, physicians, and staff alike

Operational Execution

· Develop and scale playbooks, workflows, and standard operating procedures

· Lead daily operations across care coordination, staffing, and administrative functions

· Execute successful go-lives for new sites and service lines

· Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing, mission-aligned team

· Own KPIs tied to clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency

· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and purpose-driven execution


Qualifications:


· 6+ years of professional experience in management consulting or in-house at a fast growing healthcare company, with a strong emphasis on healthcare services and delivery innovation

· Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders

· Experience in high-growth or startup environments; entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and performance improvement

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment

· Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with high levels of ambiguity and accountability
