A fast-growing logistics firm is hiring a Director of Operations to lead freight execution, team performance, and process optimization across offices in Memphis and Starkville. We’re looking for a strategic, organized leader who thrives in structure, anticipates challenges, and empowers teams through clarity and systems.

In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee a 12-person operations team, manage full-cycle freight, expand the carrier network, and collaborate closely with sales to grow volume and margin. You’ll report to the VP of Brokerage and help drive performance, efficiency, and service excellence.
