We're Hiring: Director of Accounting

We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Accounting to lead our accounting operations, drive financial reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do

Oversee GL, revenue, inventory, fixed assets, A/P, A/R, and cash flow

Lead financial statement prep, month-end close, audits, and compliance

Optimize systems like NetSuite and improve process efficiency

Partner cross-functionally to drive cost awareness and operational performance

Mentor and grow a high-performing accounting team

Provide accurate, actionable insights to leadership and investors

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)

5+ years of full-cycle accounting, 2+ years in leadership

CPA or CGMA? Big plus!

Proficiency in NetSuite and strong knowledge of GAAP

Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and critical thinking
