A well-established, high-growth residential and commercial improvement company is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead and scale its $4M Home Exteriors Division, with a clear path to grow the business to $10–15M over the next 3–5 years.
This is a rare leadership opportunity for an experienced operator with deep expertise in home exterior improvements to take full ownership of a business unit. What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Home Exteriors Division, including sales, estimating, installation, and project completion.
Direct, manage, and mentor cross-functional teams including sales reps, project managers, and installers.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction.
Drive improvements in operational efficiency, quality control, and subcontractor performance.
Build and maintain a strong network of vendors, crews, and suppliers.
Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and customer care on every project.
Implement systems, processes, and KPIs to ensure scalable growth.
Act as a critical liaison between the field and executive leadership—reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Start hands-on, then shift toward high-level oversight as the division grows.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in home exterior improvements
5+ years of operational leadership or management experience
Experience managing teams in construction, remodeling, or exterior services
Strong sales and estimating background (5+ years preferred)
Deep familiarity with the DFW residential and commercial markets
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
