Director of Operations – Advanced Manufacturing

We're seeking a Director of Operations to lead and elevate our full-scale manufacturing operations across planning, machining, forging, assembly, and testing. Reporting directly to the President, this role is central to driving performance, innovation, and delivery excellence in a high-precision, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and departmental leadership
• Implement KPIs to drive value, delivery, and cost optimization
• Champion advanced machining through Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-of-quality reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance and effective vendor/customer engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 10–15 years of operational leadership in manufacturing
• Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred
• Strong background in MES and technology-led process optimization
• Proven communication and cross-functional leadership skills
