The SGD Group is launching a bold, confidential new division focused on elite-level B2B clients with annual spend in the hundreds of thousands to millions. We’re searching for a Director of National Field Sales who’s ready to step into a high-impact leadership role and build something from the ground up.


This is a boots-on-the-ground role — based at our Carrollton HQ, with monthly travel to meet major clients and attend national trade events. You’ll work directly with ownership, lead strategic initiatives, and have uncapped earning potential based entirely on your performance and leadership.


What You’ll Own:

• Building and leading a national sales team

• Developing a strategy to win and grow seven-figure accounts

• Owning major client relationships and closing enterprise deals

• Representing our brand at key industry events

• Creating the sales playbook for a brand-new department


What You Bring:

• 10+ years in sales, including 4+ years of team management

• Proven success in high-ticket B2B selling

• Experience in overhead door, garage, or construction industries is a bonus

• The drive, creativity, and stamina to lead in a fast-growing, high-performance environment
