JD-Director of Medicinal Chemistry and Process Technology

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for the early-stage R&D work of the Medicinal Chemistry department, and provide guidance in formulating the nucleic acid target design and optimization of the extrahepatic siRNA delivery system.

2. Take full charge of the relevant technical management work of the R&D projects in the Process Synthesis department.

3. Guide the formulation of project research plans, and promote the research progress in accordance with the plans. Provide guidance and solve major key technical problems.

4. Be responsible for providing on-site guidance for process validation production, guide the preparation of relevant registration and filing materials, and cooperate with the Registration Department to complete on-site inspections, etc.

5. Retrieve relevant literature and keep track of the latest research progress at home and abroad.

6. Be responsible for the team management and team building of the Medicinal Chemistry department.

7. Be responsible for guiding and supervising the CRO company.

Job Requirements:

1. Ph.D. in Synthetic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, with 7 years or more of experience in the R&D industry of pharmaceutical companies or CRO/CMO companies.

2. Strong problem-solving ability and experience in managing process synthesis teams.

3. Possess strong literature review ability, reactant route design ability, process optimization and compound purification ability.

4. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high work efficiency and a stable team.
