IntraCare is launching a transformative new senior engagement brand designed to redefine how we communicate and deliver value-based healthcare to seniors across Texas and Arizona. We seek a passionate, strategic, and highly collaborative Director of Marketing and Patient Communications to own, drive, and execute this groundbreaking initiative from the ground up.

What You’ll Own:
- Complete end-to-end ownership of the new senior engagement brand, ensuring consistency, impact, and effectiveness across Texas and Arizona clinics.
- Development, deployment, and refinement of patient-focused marketing strategies, materials, and outreach campaigns that resonate deeply with senior patients.
- Hands-on, local execution: You will work closely and directly with Patient Relations Managers (PRMs), providers, Practice Office Managers (POMs), and clinic champions to drive real-time adjustments based on patient and clinic feedback.
- Continuous measurement and reporting of campaign performance, patient engagement, and satisfaction to IntraCare leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and roll out a compelling unified brand identity focused on dignity, independence, and trust for senior patients.
- Lead strategic marketing and patient communication campaigns that integrate closely with Value-Based Care (RAF, MER, Quality), Medicare alignment goals, and clinic financial performance objectives.
- Directly engage in regular site visits across clinics, gather on-the-ground insights, rapidly adapt messaging and materials, and ensure brand integrity.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to create effective patient-education programs and proactive Medicare benefit workshops.
- Own communication standards, ensuring all patient-facing content (digital, print, in-person events) consistently reinforces the brand promise.
Who You Are:
- Proven marketing leader with at least 7–10 years of experience managing strategic brand initiatives, ideally within healthcare.
- Exceptional communicator capable of crafting clear, resonant, empathetic messaging to seniors and diverse patient populations.
- Highly collaborative—comfortable and energized by working closely with clinical teams, operations managers, PRMs, and senior executives.
- Results-driven, adaptive, and able to make rapid, data-informed decisions.
- Passionate about healthcare innovation, patient engagement, and committed to changing lives through thoughtful, meaningful communication.
