The Director of IT and System Integrations leads and manages the IT infrastructure, systems integrations, and technology solutions across Formula Wellness. This role oversees the design, development, and implementation of integrated systems to streamline business operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the technology stack. As a key member of the IT leadership team, this position drives technology innovation while ensuring that IT systems and integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Formula Wellness is a comprehensive, medical-based program that provides personalized consultation, preventive testing, and integrated wellness and aesthetics services, empowering individuals to pursue longevity inside out. The company’s founding cornerstones to holistic wellness include nutrition, hormone balance, supplementation, and aesthetics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on system integrations and enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex IT projects involving system integrations, cloud solutions, and data migration.
• Multi-site experience in healthcare, finance, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-based integration tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or ITIL methodologies.
• Certifications in system integration, cloud platforms, or project management (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Strong understanding of system integration tools, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., APIs, ESB, microservices, cloud computing).
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and networking best practices.
• Understanding of Apple products mixed into a Microsoft environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus, dependent upon skills and experience.
