Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in IT Security OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 11 years of experience in IT Security
* At least 6 years of experience with relevant information security teams, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, threat hunting, application security, and/or Information security consulting
* Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
* Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
* Experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Experience interacting at the executive level.
* At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
* At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership.
* Willing to travel up to/at least (10%) of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
* Minimum of 15+ years' experience in Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity domains, including significant leadership roles overseeing large-scale IAM initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience leading IAM implementations using platforms like ServiceNow, Ping Identity, PingOne, and Splunk.
* Proven expertise in RBAC design, enterprise identity governance, cloud IAM migrations, and multi-factor authentication frameworks.
* Experience managing large, complex projects involving cross-functional teams and aligning IAM strategies with enterprise architecture frameworks.
* Deep understanding of identity best practices, cloud-based identity services, IAM analytics, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust frameworks).
* Experience in retail-specific authentication solutions, particularly in store-based environments.
* Demonstrable capability in agile CI/CD development practices within the identity and cybersecurity domains.

Location & Travel:
* Hybrid in Chantilly or Deerfield with occasional travel based on organizational needs. Candidates in the DC area will receive priority consideration.
