Summary

Job Posting Details Key Responsibilities: Champion HR transformation and build HR capabilities as part of the HR office leadership team. Communicate the HR strategy effectively, aligning it with the university’s mission, vision, and values, and promote a positive, inclusive culture. Lead an HRBP team to drive strategic HR initiatives for designated client groups. Advise university senior leaders on all HR matters as a trusted HR partner. Provide a full spectrum of HR operations and services, working closely with COEs, to attract, deploy, develop, and retain top talent for the university. Guide, mentor, and support the HR team to ensure alignment with the university’s goals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional partnerships. The Candidate: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related fields. Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, ideally in HRBP Lead roles with progressive full lifecycle HR management experience. At least 8 years of experience in people management with a proven track record of developing HR talent. Strong communication and influencing skills. Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills, business understanding, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Proficiency in English and advanced skills in business applications such as the Microsoft Office suite and human resources information systems. (Duration: 2 years, renewable) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
