Mental Health Associates of the Triad is a nonprofit organization located in High point, NC.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Development Executive Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing donor relations, community outreach and fundraising. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization as well as serving as an extension of our Executive Director/CEO.

Duties:

- Experience with in-kind gifts of $50,000 or more.

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funds for our organization

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential donors and funding opportunities

- Build cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, investors, and other stakeholders

- Prepare and present funding proposals to potential donors and investors

- Manage the organization's budget, ensuring proper allocation of funds and adherence to financial goals

- Monitor investment portfolios and make strategic decisions to maximize returns

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective financial management and reporting

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and investment management

Qualifications:

- Associates/Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- Proven experience as a development coordinator or similar role in the nonprofit sector

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure funding from various sources

- Solid understanding of budgeting principles and financial management practices

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for fundraising campaigns

- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage donors and investors effectively

- Experience in nonprofit management is highly desirable

- Proficiency in proposal writing and strategic planning

- Familiarity with databases for data collection and analysis

Job Type: Full-time- Salary

Pay: Negotiable Up to $85,000.00 per year
