Job Description


We are seeking a strategic Director of Field and Partner Marketing to build and lead a high-performing team focused on expanding our enterprise footprint in the US. This role is pivotal in generating new business demand, accelerating sales pipelines, and optimizing deal closure rates. By fostering strong relationships within the partner community, you’ll jointly develop strategies and activity plans that measurably drive mutual growth and position the company as a leading player in the region.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


  • Develop and execute a revenue-generating US field marketing strategy and implement a quarterly updated 6-month rolling marketing activity plan aligned with overall company goals.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader in the US market through targeted campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Using ICP Account-Centric marketing tactics, generate new business demand within the enterprise segment across the US.
  • Develop and manage a robust partner marketing program to drive mutual growth.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing field and partner marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop top marketing talent to support the team's growth and success.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify market opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and measure ROI.
  • Measure and analyze marketing activity performance and ICP Account Intent progression to optimize ROI.
  • Work in partnership with the Campaign marketing team to leverage core themes, content, and influence future field and partner marketing requirements.
  • During planning and execution, socialize and gain input for the marketing plan from GTM stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support.
  • Research, choose, design, and manage live events as tactics in the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs.
  • Own and manage the annual field marketing budget.
  • Prioritize and manage projects within timelines, budget, and resources.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of marketing plan development, managing vendors, event delivery, and tactic execution.
  • Prior team leadership experience, including hiring and managing successful organizational change.
  • Proven track record working with start up, scale up or hyper growth businesses
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales.
  • Prior Partner/Channel Marketing experience.
  • Ability to align tactical plans with strategies.
  • Strong consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with sales and channel partner communities.
  • A strong understanding of marketing technology and principles.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget.
  • Focused on data and metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Ability to effectively network and leverage internal and external resources.
