About the Role The Client & Styling Experience Engineering team are seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead the 5-6 engineering teams within our Shared Services group. This leader will be responsible for building strong engineering organizations, driving top-level company objectives, creating scalable systems that directly affect the client experience, and partnering cross-functionally to drive business outcomes. This role requires a proven track record of managing managers, strategic thinking, change management, and direct stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with Product, Data Science, Finance, Styling Operations, Customer Support, and Mobile teams to ensure Shared Services engineering initiatives drive the company's long-term growth and success.
