We're working with an SF startup that is using pose estimation to identify postures that lead to worker injuries from anywhere with your smartphone camera. They are solving a multi-billion-dollar problem. You will service APIs between the founders and the engineering team to ensure things get built according to the roadmap. The business finds itself at an inflexion point in enterprise sales, so you will help close these deals as well as flesh out your immediate team to achieve predictability in engineering features. Once you unlock this, the business shall be primed for Series B investment.

The ideal person is from a growing B2B ML start-up, and you have been there during the business's arc. You're currently a tech lead and want a faster route to directorship, or you are currently a director of engineering and want to replicate your success and enjoy the grind. Ideally, you are involved in delivering customer-facing projects rather than internal projects.

Deliverables around shipping computer vision applications, or infra on cloud, or backend is a good signal you will do well here.

Equity up to 1.5%, meaning year 1 TC around $750K rising exponentially to tens of millions if business markers are hit.
