Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
* 5+ years leading and mentoring DevOps/SRE teams
* Deep expertise in AWS (Public Cloud), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
* Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitOps workflows)
* Proficient in Python or similar scripting languages
* Hands-on experience with Linux systems and hybrid-cloud architectures
* Strong background in monitoring, observability, and performance tuning
* Proven experience with high-availability systems, disaster recovery, and security compliance (PCI/SOC)
* Startup experience or fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred

Nice to have:
* AWS certifications
* Experience with load balancing, scaling strategies, and automation-first practices
