Are you a strategic, relationship-driven fundraising professional ready to lead transformational growth at a mission-driven organization?

The Health Trust is seeking a seasoned development leader to oversee and expand our comprehensive fundraising and communications strategy. As Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in securing major gifts, cultivating donor and corporate relationships, and driving sustainable impact across Silicon Valley.

💼 In this role, you will:

✅ Lead and implement a robust fundraising and marketing strategy

✅ Expand our donor base across individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities

✅ Partner with the CEO and Board to build a culture of philanthropy

✅ Represent THT in key community and funder circles

✅ Develop high-impact donor engagement experiences that tell the story of our work and outcomes

🔍 We’re looking for:

✔️ 8+ years of progressive fundraising experience (10+ preferred)

✔️ Proven success securing 6- and 7-figure gifts and grants

✔️ Deep experience in individual giving, grantmaking, and corporate partnerships

✔️ A collaborative leader with vision, drive, and exceptional communication skills
