Director of Demand Generation
Position Overview
The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our products and services. This role focuses on utilizing account-based marketing principles and leveraging various marketing technologies to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Utilize account-based marketing (ABM) techniques to engage target accounts and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Manage and optimize marketing technology stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6Sense to enhance lead tracking and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to inform strategic decisions and improve future marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing demand generation team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in demand generation, with a strong focus on B2B marketing strategies.
- Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, and other marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a marketing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
