Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday), on-call as needed
  • Compensation: $60,000 base salary + incentives (potential to exceed $80,000)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional who is passionate about helping people transform their lives and inspired by sales and business growth opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong connections, expanding networks, and increasing impact in the mental health, recovery, and wellness coaching fields.

Priority Responsibilities

Networking & Outreach (In-Person & Virtual)

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient programs, psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, education consultants, and families
  • Represent Active Recovery Network at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with referral sources to educate them about our mental health, recovery, and life coaching services
  • Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management

Resource Director & Aftercare Support

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for providers seeking post-treatment support, wellness coaching, and discharge planning resources
  • Assist treatment centers and hospitals in creating seamless aftercare plans that integrate Active Recovery Network’s services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources, sober living options, therapy groups, life coaching programs, and outpatient services to provide appropriate referrals

Onboarding New Clients & Families

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and their families, ensuring a smooth admissions process
  • Work closely with the clinical and coaching team to align outreach efforts with client needs

Alumni Engagement & Progress Monitoring

  • Develop and maintain an alumni community through events, check-ins, and ongoing support
  • Track and monitor client and alumni progress, providing resources as needed

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Write engaging blog posts, newsletters, and social media content to educate and connect with the mental health and wellness community
  • Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies and outreach materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for Helping People & Business Growth: Excited by sales, networking, and making a meaningful impact in mental health, recovery, and personal growth
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar outreach, marketing, or admissions role in behavioral health, life coaching, or wellness services is required
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mental health, substance use recovery, and life and wellness coaching models
  • Clinical Background Preferred: Experience in a clinical setting or relevant training is highly desirable
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to connect, engage, and foster reciprocal partnerships
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent writing skills for blogs and social media, as well as verbal communication for networking
  • Self-Starter & Growth-Minded: Able to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, expanding organization
  • Flexible & Adaptable: Comfortable with occasional travel and attending events outside of standard work hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with behavioral health professionals, wellness coaches, and treatment providers
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marketing, coaching, or a related field
