Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development at Capitol CNCT. The Director will be responsible for new business development, business planning, lead generation, and contract negotiation. Newsletter and event sponsorships will be the predominant sales focus. The role is located in Washington, DC with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • New business development and lead generation
  • Business planning and contract negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the political industry and/or the DC media space is a plus
