Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Stockton-On-Tees. You will be driven, have an interest in Business Development and securing projects to assist in further and continued growth. . The Director of Architecture will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, with a design team, and ensuring the successful delivery. The role involves extensive collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and Project Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Stockton-On-Tees
• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, such as Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Autocad, is a plus
• Relevant professional certifications in architecture or related fields
