Summary

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic operator with deep agency or consultancy experience to lead and evolve our core delivery function. You’ll bring strong systems thinking, operational leadership, and hands-on fluency with modern tools and AI-powered workflows. This is not a traditional “service delivery” role — it’s about designing and scaling a lean, high-performance operation with AI at its core.

You’ll work across client delivery, team operations, people ops, and financial tracking — acting as a force multiplier for quality, efficiency, and growth. You must be equally comfortable working in systems like ClickUp or Notion as you are designing process automations, onboarding new team members, and driving accountability across a remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and continuously improve core operational systems across delivery, resourcing, client tracking, financial ops, and QA.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and team enablement with a focus on performance and autonomy.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., GPT, Copilot, Make, n8n) to design and implement automations that boost operational output.
  • Monitor team capacity and resourcing; plan effectively across projects and partners.
  • Own legal, financial, and operational documentation (SOWs, agreements, POs, etc.).
  • Drive OKR implementation and EOS-style process rhythm across the company.
  • Analyze business data to inform decisions, improve performance, and streamline systems.

  • Clients are delighted, team members are supported, and operations scale with minimal friction.
  • Internal tooling and documentation feel like superpowers, not busywork.
  • AI is embedded across operations — from resourcing and QA to reporting and training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in agency, consulting, or product studio environments (not IT service delivery).
  • Proven experience owning and scaling internal operations in a fast-paced, client-facing business.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for automation, documentation, and optimization — not just strategy but active use.
  • Deep fluency in modern operational tools and workflows (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Loom, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Experience setting up and running automations via Make, Zapier, or n8n (or equivalent).
  • A structured, proactive communicator who can bring clarity to ambiguity and energy to execution. Experience with financial operations, contracting, and legal documentation a plus.
