Job Description:

We are searching for a highly skilled Directeur of Advanced Manufacturing Operations to lead our manufacturing processes and ensure the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically explore and build new manufacturing bases.
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
• Manage and improve our manufacturing operations to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other international quality standards.
• Lead innovation efforts to develop and implement new manufacturing technologies.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in advanced manufacturing operations within international corporations.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business English or native-level, multilingual is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of manufacturing operations.
