đŸ’Œ What You’ll Do

  1. Lead the Team: Coach, support, and hold Account Managers and Client Success Managers accountable to performance goals. Build a high-trust, high-delivery culture.
  2. Drive Client Success: Be the go-to partner for our top clients. You’ll ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, always one step ahead of their needs.
  3. Unlock Growth: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with Sales to convert them. Help clients scale with us.
  4. Keep the Pulse: Own client reporting, satisfaction metrics, and retention insights. Turn data into action.
  5. Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with Operations and Talent to ensure seamless service delivery. Internally, represent the client's voice.


✅ What You Bring

  • 8+ years in client-facing roles (B2B, SaaS, or services preferred)
  • 4+ years leading high-performing teams
  • Proven success in account growth and client retention
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence
  • Obsessed with solving client problems before they happen
  • Strong with CRM tools and data-driven reporting
  • Comfortable navigating change, complexity, and ambiguity
  • Based in LATAM with availability to travel occasionally
