Summary

Job Description: The Role As a Strategic Initiative Office (SIO) - Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving successful delivery of highest priority cybersecurity initiatives at Fidelity. In this strategic and collaborative role, your program management skills and experience including planning, dependency mapping, risk identification/mitigation, ability to work seamlessly with various partners, and communication will be essential to the delivery of cybersecurity commitments. The Expertise and Skills You Bring A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity, a Master's degree is preferred. 5 or more years of experience in large Project or Program Management using Agile frameworks and processes. Cybersecurity experience and/or experience in the Financial Services industry a plus. As a Delivery Lead you will work with an SIO Portfolio Lead and Product Area Squads to deliver solutions to our business, our clients, and our partners using Agile practices. The Program Lead will have a dedication to continuous improvement opportunities to help the program execute work better and smarter. Key skills include: * Proven technical experience in an IT development environment and ability to 'speak the language'. * Hands on experience delivering sophisticated technical projects requiring collaboration across organizations and applying metrics to track progress toward goals. * Demonstrated ability to manage risks for complex strategic initiatives * Proven experience working with business and technical teams in a matrix environment at all levels * Proven ability to build positive relationships, influence with tact, and lead. * Hands on experience managing vendor relationships * Strategic problem solver with the ability to distill sophisticated ambiguous scenarios into simple measurable plans. * Ability to lead multiple deliverables in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. * Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to cultivate support, lead change and drive acceptance up to and including the executive level. * Demonstrated ability to draw on the expertise of colleagues to advise an approach and remove impediments. The Team The successful candidate for this role will be joining a very strong team of experienced program managers. As a member of the ECS Strategic Initiative Office, this highly visible player will work across ECS to drive seamless execution and guide effective decision-making to deliver Fidelity's strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
