The Opportunity

As a senior member of the enterprise sales finance organization, you will play an important role to help Adobe achieve its strategic objectives and financial targets for the Americas enterprise business. As finance partner to the industries businesses and underpinning product specialist organization, you will be uniquely positioned to infuse increased financial rigor and shape decisions to drive profitable growth in Adobe’s largest DX segment globally. Reporting to the senior director of Americas enterprise GTM finance, you will manage two US-based finance professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as finance business partner to the industry verticals as well as product specialist organization
  • Lead and develop a high performing, impact-oriented team of two US based finance professionals
  • Direct financial planning/budgeting in a manner that holistically supports business strategic objectives and prioritizes GTM motions with highest return on investment
  • Drive run-the-business routines including weekly forecasting cadence, holding sales teams accountable to expectations and influence action on containing risk and harvesting opportunities for upside
  • Manage headcount and operating expenses to budget by identifying and actioning expense efficiencies and/or investment tradeoffs with business partner expectations management
  • Advise on deal structuring approaches for large/complex opportunities for optimal and predictable outcomes
  • Canvas the business analytically across its various dimensions, conduct scenario modeling, provide data-driven insights, and rally action for course correction as required to realize strategic plan
  • Challenge the status quo – assess current business practices and identify/implement innovative ways to drive increased standardization and effectiveness for scale
  • Collaborate with finance peers and the support functions including sales operations, employee experience, and legal on strategic initiatives, removal of barriers to execution, and improving run-the-business effectiveness and consistency within Americas and globally

What You Need To Succeed

  • 10+ years of FP&A experience; software industry and sales team partnering experience strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, desire to learn, attention to detail, and dedication to quality
  • Track record of driving a high-performance culture, developing talent, and driving impact vs. effort
  • Advanced analytical abilities navigating complex business and data environments with high standards for accuracy
  • Ability to sort through ambiguity and present crisp POVs that are easily digestible
  • Experience with transformational deal structuring in high pressure environment
  • Confidence, awareness, and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels and drive impact
  • Effective communicator – strong presence with senior executives, clear assembly/documentation of ideas, and excellent verbal/written communications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • BS in finance or accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,500 -- $295,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
