TalentoHC is partnering with a growing, family-owned company seeking an HR Director, report directly to the VP of HR while leading all major corporate functions within HR.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and 401(k) contributions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace safety regulations.
• Collaborating on policy development, compensation strategy, and HR programs.
• Leading HR projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR systems (Ceridian Dayforce) and data-driven decision-making.
