Job Title: HRIS Director

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Milford MA)

Compensation: $200 base + Bonus

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead the administration, enhancement, and optimization of our global HR systems. This role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive HRIS strategy, data integrity, and system innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules
• Lead upgrades, integrations, and large-scale implementations
• Support HR analytics, reporting, and data governance
• Provide troubleshooting, user training, and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years in HR systems, with deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and analytics
• Proven experience with system implementations and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification
• Experience with ERP/payroll integrations
• Background in consulting (e.g., PwC, EY)
