We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a Director – Head of Product and Development in Brokerage Department to drive the modernization, innovation, and excellence of our brokerage offerings.

About the Role:

You will oversee the end-to-end development of brokerage products across asset classes, lead digital transformation initiatives (including AI, and machine learning integrations), and ensure seamless regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams – including IT, vendors, compliance, and risk – to translate market needs into innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and keep our brokerage products at the forefront of the industry.

Your Responsibilities:
