The opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, GTM Technology to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Salesforce and Commerce/Billing architecture department, defining and implementing the overall architectural strategy, and ensuring the successful integration and optimization of Salesforce and Commerce/Billing systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business partners, to align architectural solutions with business objectives. You also have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce and Commerce/Billing architectures, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of Salesforce and Commerce/Billing platforms. What you'll be doing * Ensure the successful integration and optimization of Salesforce and Commerce/Billing systems. Lead and manage the Salesforce and Commerce/Billing architecture department. Define and implement the overall architectural strategy. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align architectural solutions with business objectives. Develop and communicate the architectural strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and Commerce/Billing. Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify integration requirements between Salesforce, Commerce/Billing, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product management, engineering, and business partners to align architectural solutions with business objectives and ensure successful implementation. What we're looking for * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience. * Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: * Designing and implementing scalable and efficient architectures for Salesforce and Commerce/Billing systems; * Developing architectural governance processes and standards for Salesforce and Commerce/Billing systems to ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements; * Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce/Billing platforms; and * Building and developing high-performing architectural teams. * Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer. * 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Additional information * Relocation support is not available for this position. * Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Life at Unity Unity [NYSE: U] is the leading platform to create and grow games and interactive experiences.
