How You'll Help Us Connect The World
As the HELIAX® Director of Global Operations will oversee all aspects of manufacturing while maximizing efficiency to support business needs in alignment with the common goals of cost, service, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
How You'll Make an Impact:
Define and implement the manufacturing strategy to achieve short- and long-term goals, including sustained manufacturing and continuous improvement
Drive annual cost saving and achievement of key global objectives
Drive a culture of service, cost, quality, cash and innovation
Key Deliverables
Define, communicate and execute both short term and long-term strategy for the manufacturing organization
Earned hours execution and factory variance control
Conversion cost as per plan
Cost savings targets
Minimize nonstandard costs
Build out and develop a high-quality support team with succession capability for the future
Futureproof the manufacturing organization through advanced engineering and automation, aligning with business unit strategy
Ability to scale global factories to fit the immediate needs of the business

Required Qualifications For Consideration
Undergraduate degree in engineering or a technical field
7+ years in leading Global Operations roles
Proven manufacturing leadership and people management skills
Successful track record of manufacturing optimization
experience managing a multi-site and multi-cultural environment
Proven ability and exposure to identify and develop talent in different areas of expertise within the organization
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies
