The Role: As a Director, Digital Solutions, you will lead a project management team and oversee a pharmaceutical account from a digital perspective. You will bring the ability to coordinate with all partners: vendors, other client agencies, designers, developers, and more. You will work in a collaborative team environment where you will bring your own expertise to execute complex projects with demanding deadline expectations. You will report to an SVP, Digital Solutions. We operate in a fully remote environment but are seeking employees who can align working hours with the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. You will: * Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex marketing programs for pharmaceutical clients. * Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. * Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in omnichannel marketing and the pharmaceutical industry. * Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, managing, mentoring and coaching your team of Project Managers. * Partner with internal Evoke teams and client IT/Digital teams, being the first point of escalation if issues arise. * Ensure client standards and processes are known, documented and adhered to across all digital channels and projects. * Keep a pulse on organizational goals/roadmap and opportunities for our team to continue optimizing how we engage with our client teams. * Provide high-level scope/SOW input, understanding MarTech specific projects and project activities, defining high-level scope for SOW input, and providing high-level estimates for all MarTech work with a given client. * Manage MarTech budgets and weekly/monthly forecasting initiatives. * Team assembly and staff planning, ensuring the skillsets and roles needed to execute the work. * Cross-channel project oversight and operational management, ensuring we are consistently executing across all digital channels and bringing digital best practices and solutions to all projects. * Oversee day-to-day execution of projects, statuses and budgets. * Backup for PM team. * Partner with the Technical Lead. Qualifications: * 5+ years of project management experience in omnichannel and digital marketing * Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience * Team leadership or management experience * Experience working with project teams in a matrixed environment * Examples of scoping, documenting, and planning projects * Advanced experience using a Project Management financial platform * Excellent Excel skills Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.
