About the Business Deloitte China Clients & Industries is comprised of cross-region, multi-disciplinary teams with key mandates to drive business growth with focus on priority accounts and strategic sectors. As the Brand and Marketing Director, you will be developing strategies to position our brand as an undisputed fully integrated, professional services firm. You will be leading a team to enhance the reach of Deloitte market offerings in Hong Kong by utilizing a full toolkit of marketing tactics, building collaborative partnerships, targeted influencer campaigns, with an emphasis on growing Deloitte's overall business. You will design external and internal communications that align with our mission and execute broader marketing campaigns. Work you'll do Develop external and internal communications strategies that position the firm’s brand as an integrated professional services firm. Build direct relationships with key stakeholders to secure incremental coverage with target audiences like corporate, clients, government etc. Strategize brand exposure by building network in targeted community, including but not limited to media interview, press conference etc. Prioritize and secure speaking engagements for CEO and Regional Managing Partner at events and panels to raise awareness around Deloitte’s service offerings. Be an advisor to senior leadership team on the tone and context of their speeches. Drive and manage effective internal and external communication of firm-wide publications and communications through collaboration with various departments in Hong Kong and Mainland China to ensure support to leadership teams, stakeholders and clients. Establish and strengthen relationship with clients, business partners and local government bodies. We are looking for someone with Bachelor degree holder with minimum 12 years of working experience in developing and managing branding, marketing and communications. Experience in professional services firm or financial services sector is a plus. Solid corporate communications experiences including strong media relationship. Ability to create and manage content and communication plans to drive the firm's brand through storytelling. Creative thinking skills and substantial knowledge of how communications, PR / media relations, social media / digital engagement, and branding work together. Experience in editing speaking authors' deliverables, generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Excellent communicator, calm and confident in interacting with colleagues at all levels. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
