About the Role: Are you a skilled and experienced Director of Data Analytics looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We are seeking talented individuals like you to join our Center of Excellence as a strategic and visionary leader of data analysts. Your expertise in CX/UX measurement best practices and tools, product design consistency, and documentation management will be essential in ensuring our business has the right data to drive actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities: Drive the customer experience measurement strategy and execution roadmap across product development teams, fostering coherence of the customer experience across their products, and enabling the business to maximize return on investment across product innovations. Institute programs that increase adoption of best practices. Maintain the customer experience measurement tools roadmap, balancing in-house developed and third-party tools for both reliability of operational Key Performance Indicators and timeliness of feedback on agile development of product innovations. Coordinate relationships with third-party vendors to optimize the business’ investments, ensuring seamless access and support for key development team personnel. Maintain the central documentation of customer experience measurement methodologies and best practices, maximizing awareness across development teams. Maintain the central documentation of measured customer experiences, ensuring that data engineering teams can execute quality control on data pipelines and downstream reporting metrics. For select enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators, govern the ongoing application of customer experience tracking data for consistently meaningful operational insights. Partner with data engineering teams to ensure accuracy of reported metrics. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team capable of partnering across all of the roles in the product development process. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s and/or Doctoral degree strongly preferred, with a concentration in analytical disciplines. 12-14 years of progressive analytics experience, preferably in strategy, SaaS software development, product management, and IT roles. Demonstratable experience building and executing best practice governance programs across product development teams. Strong background in CX/UX, and a fierce advocate of user-centered design principles. Proven capabilities to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Comfortable balancing short-term priorities and long-term goals. Solid track record of solving complex problems, thinking creatively, and using data to tell a story to influence senior-level stakeholders. Demonstratable experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio and big data solutions is a must. Experience with FullStory tools is a strong plus.
